Richard Norgaard’s research was in mathematical and statistical applications, with a specialty in investments, working capital management, and capital budgeting. He has been a researcher and testifier for the President’s Anti-Riot Commission, the U.S. Senate Anti-Trust Committee, U.S. Senate Small Business Committee, and the state legislatures of Florida, Washington, Texas, and Connecticut. Norgaard has authored 80 journal articles and four books. His most recently completed book is Mirror Image about physical, mental and financial fitness. A book that is currently underway, Resolving Social Issues, is about education, health, management and labor, and government interference in the market including regulation and the law.
