Details:

For a few weeks now it has been too cold everywhere, not just the usual colder temps in Pod17 and nearby areas.  Women's restroom is too cold.  Lunchroom, usually much warmer, is not noticeably so.  Some days it is noticeably warmer out by the elevators.
