Technical Resources Committee (TRC)
The Technical Resources Committee is responsible for the consideration of
technical and operational issues related to
our research mission and our day-to-day operations, including computer,
engineering, and physical plant matters. In addition, it is involved
with long-range planning on these issues and has a mandate to explore
technological issues that might provide useful to our ongoing research
or to future research endeavors.
Richard Crane is presently Chair of this committee.
Members of the Haskins community are required to bring to the attention
of this committee all requests for changes in technical support and
related matters that might
have implications for our technical facilities.
All grant proposals must be discussed with the Technical Resources
Committee prior to their submission. The TRC needs to be provided
with sufficient time to consider and report on, if necessary,
the technical implications of the proposed work for the mission
of the Laboratories.
