We are pleased to showcase a preliminary version of the new Haskins website. During the coming year we plan to add many new features to the site, including featured stories about Haskins research, an enhanced news and press release section, additional publications in PDF format, and other improvements.
At present we are expanding the Employee Intranet. New features include:
• an outline-style viewer;
• News columns (including this one) at the bottom left;
• UConn and Yale portals;
• Events calendar;
• Staff activities form that will help us publicize these activities;
• Haskins committees -- overviews and minutes;
• Expanded policies section.
Ongoing work includes porting over remaining content from our old site, uploading publications, developing a Status Report Archive, working on the search engine, and fine-tuning the look and feel of the new site.
