Neuroimaging studies of typical and atypical language and reading development

With integrated gene-brain-behavior research designs we contrast typically developing and reading disabled (RD) children in our research. We will describe studies that examine: 1) neurodevelopmental trajectories for language and reading, 2) mechanisms of learning and plasticity in these populations, and 3) neurocognitive effects of treatment in RD learners.
