The book contains chapters based on talks given at a SSSR preconference symposium in Don's honor, and also includes a forward by Bill Tunmer. The book may be purchased from Amazon.
The volume contains a wonderful assortment of chapters by leaders in the field. These are a fitting tribute to Don.
